We are a Catering Butchers based in Darlington County Durham. We have successfully built our business and reputation exclusively through the Catering trade for over 20 years now, dealing with Restaurants, Hotels, Pubs, Care Homes, Stadiums etc. We Have a fleet of refrigerated vans that delivers to our customers 6 days a week, and a sales team on hand Monday through Saturday to help you with any special requirements.

We pride ourselves on being able to source High Quality Beef, Pork, Lamb and Poultry for our customer at extremely competitive prices. We also maintain very strong links with our suppliers to ensure that only the highest standards of quality control and animal welfare are maintained.
