At Country Harvest we offer excellent quality in our wide range of cuts and special packs. All our produce is British and locally sourced within 30 miles of our EUC registered cutting plant in Darlington. Our beef produce is hung in the traditional way to ensure maximum flavour and tenderness.

We stock only the best Dutch Bacon and Gammon as we feel that they are currently the finest cuts, however we are able to source British Bacon and Gammon if preferred.
