Cut from the best end the bones are left showing for presentation. A full rack will have 7 bones

Allow one rack for two people
Brush with mustard, then sprinkle over with Rosemary.
Roast in a hot oven 220c gas 7 for 30min.
Remember to cover the bones with foil or they will burn.
